Your Lifestyle Medics is an online hub for holistic health inspiration, learning, and empowerment
It is founded and led by Dr Marissa Kelaher, a qualified practicing medical doctor, who has a fellowship in General Practice (FRNZCGP), and is registered with the New Zealand Medical Council.
Dr Marissa has extensive additional training in Lifestyle Medicine; Nutritional and Environmental Medicine; and Integrative Health, and is completing fellowship through the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
She has a passion for teaching people how to improve their health naturally, through the Your Lifestyle Medics online courses, ebooks, blog posts and social media.
Dr Marissa also regularly runs health workshops, and speaks at retreats and events New Zealand wide.
