Hi, our names are Dr Marissa Kelaher and Dr Taisia Cech.
We're both fully qualified practicing medical doctors and are registered with the New Zealand Medical Council.
We work as General Practitioners but our passion is Lifestyle Medicine - using integrative evidence based nutrition and lifestyle interventions to prevent, treat and reverse disease.
We run face to face Lifestyle Medicine clinics where we see patients for one-on-one consults.
In these, we are blown away every day by the changes that occur when people implement simple holistic nutrition and lifestyle principles into their lives.
It truly is powerful and so very very simple, and we love helping people transform their lives.

Morgan Spittal
Morgan is a Registered Nurse, and Holistic Health Coach. She is passionate about Lifestyle Medicine.
Morgan provides the small group and 1:1 coaching for our Reboot Transformation and Ultimate courses, she has a special interest in intuitive eating, and sustainable healthy change. She will help you identify where your struggles lie, and enable you to take back control of your health, with a simple effective wellness plan that actually works!
