Hi, my name is Marissa

I’m the founder of Your Lifestyle Medics, and a fully qualified specialist GP and Lifestyle Medicine doctor.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, confused by all the wellness info out there, and completely unsure where to start to get your health back on track.

It’s what I help people with, in my clinic every day!

I founded Your Lifestyle Medics to address the huge gaps I saw in our health system.

My mission is to educate, empower, and support you to live your best life, with a science based whole person approach.
